Suzanne Haggerty (she/her) serves as Managing Director, Fundraising Technology and Operations. In her role as Managing Director, Suzanne works closely with the Revenue Growth and Development department and leadership to provide strategic direction to ensure the successful implementation and management of cross-departmental processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, and technology. A change manager at heart with a passion for data driven results, Suzanne works to promote effective transitions throughout RD&G by applying industry-best-practice concepts and methods to ensure sustainable change that meets key business objectives. Suzanne oversees five critical functions: fundraising CRM and ECRM technology products, analytics, application support and training, revenue operations, and supporter services.
Suzanne has over 25 Years of non-profit experience. She started her non-profit career at Project Bread – The Walk for Hunger as Database Manager. Prior to joining Share Our Strength, Suzanne was Director of Software Development at Habitat for Humanity International, served as Vice President, Data Services at NGP Van-Every Action and oversaw data management at Alzheimer’s Association.
Suzanne grew up in the Boston area where she earned her degree at Northeastern University. She currently lives outside Boston in Kingston, Massachusetts where she serves on the Board of the Recreation Commission as well as Community Preservation Commission. Recently Suzanne and her family volunteered their weekends at a Habitat for Humanity build in their neighborhood. She enjoys time with her husband, two teenage sons, and rescue pups. Her family loves to travel and spend time at the beach or on the water.
